Pairings include our new Summertime Craft Cocktail with Ahi Sashimi and Seared Scallop; our popular Dirty Bird Martini with Nueske’s Pork Belly and Australian Lamb Chops and a Gold Rush cocktail to perfectly complement our Manhattan Block-Cut Strip Steak.
