Chef Karl Benko of Sullivan’s Steakhouse Indianapolis shares NFL fan favorites: tenderloin sliders and ahi tuna tacos. Sullivan’s will be airing the Super Bowl in the bar area on Sunday. The perfect time for viewers to come in and try these dishes. Sullivan’s also features an extensive menu of award-winning wines, a recipient of Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” with selections from around the world for everyone from the novice to the wine connoisseur.
Avocado Habanero Salsa
5-6 fresh habanero chilies
¼ cup Red onion
¼ cup Cilantro
6 oz. Rice wine vinegar
3 oz. Cider vinegar
Remove seeds from chilies, mince and place in large mixing bowl. Add red onion, cilantro, rice wine vinegar and cider vinegar. Mix to combine. Toss with chopped avocados.
8 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Sriracha chili sauce
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
2 tbsp. Granulated sugar
2 tsp. Kosher salt
Squeeze juice of one lime in a large mixing bowl. Place all other ingredients in bowl and mix to combine.

1 bunch arugula
Horseradish cream sauce
Season tenderloin with salt and pepper and cook to desired doneness. Slice and place on slider buns. Top with arugula and horseradish cream sauce.
